As a company we rely so heavily on our phone and Broadband to run efficiently and our previous provider failed to switch us over to digital nor get us into a new contract. Maincoms have provided and hosted our phone system as well as our broadband for several years now. They were initially a recommendation and it's no wonder. They also provide similar services to our customers and are always on the other end of the phone when support is needed. A couple of them have been particularly helpful; Sarah has been great at helping with various queries including speed tests and diagnostics on lines.
